First, you set the sales price for our home "right on the money." If we had listed our home wit the other area realtor we spoke with, we would have sold for $20,000 less! Next, your advice on how to best prepare and show our home was super. With your direction, we were able to focus on what would make the maximum impact on potential buyers without wasting time or money or unnecessary items. As we had a limited time in which to sell and close, this was very important to us. You followed up with every agent who showed the home and generated lots of interest in the property, resulting in four offers in one day, including the successful offer for the full asking price.
Most importantly to us, you were always available and willing to assist in any way possible, from finding a handyman to complete the necessary repairs to taking out our trash and watering the flowers after we moved. We still have boxes to unpack in our new place, but we don't want to wait another day to thank you officially for all your wonderful help over the past months. We are so glad that we found you.
Moving is hard at best, but you made the process work for us from the very first day we spoke with you, guiding us with clear expertise through the double transactions of selling our home and finding a condo downtown. We would have lost heart many times along the way if you hadn't been there to help us. We suspect that we only know a fraction of all that you were doing on our behalf behind the scenes as we went ahead with a preplanned trip to Hawaii while waiting for double escrows to close.
